The creator made versions for both Male and Female Sims, and they were even nice enough to throw in some bonus Centaur-warrior accessories (a leather chest piece, a quiver full of arrows, and a bow). Just in case you want to copy their centaur models in the preview photos.
i downloaded something (I don't know what) and now there is a centaur body (half horse half human) in CAS... I figured id ignore it but now whenever my sim is nude it turns into this centaur with really long arms and its freaky and I cant edit the nude outfit.. and I cant delete the centaur from CAS... I don't know what custom content I downloaded that caused it and I cant really just guess and delete because I have hundreds of custom content I don't know what to do to get rid of it.. has anyone else had this kind of issue? did you fix it?

You probably have some badly-made Custom Content. The "horse body" from RoseSims is known to be glitched in this way; though I have another piece of such content that I have not been able to track down, you should be able to find and remove this particular piece - either as something like "horse body all ages all genders" or as "NewMesh_rose_sims3_body014.package"; this would be in your program folder, C:\program files\electronic arts\The Sims 3\mods\packages (or C:\program files (x86)\electronic arts\The Sims 3\mods\packages" if you're on Windows 8 or suchlike, ie if the folder "Program Files (x86)" exists. What's happening is that this CC is tagged wrong, and as such is being erroneously selected as acceptable for "Naked" outfit for some Sims, in this case, yours. I wish you luck solving this problem
