Hello good day, I need help figuring out why I cannot get the Complete Anatomy App or any app offered by 3D4Medical to open on my MacBook. I had it downloaded on my previous Air and it worked fine, but since purchasing the newest Pro. I have been unable to get it to run. I have tried deleting all the data and re-downloading the app as the error message has suggested. I have contacted them and they have told me it seems like an issue with my Mac and its settings. Could someone help me please, I would really like to use this app as I have already paid for the subscription for the year.
Thank you for you response, so I am able to download the apps, but once I try to open them I get an error message saying "Complete Anatomy is damaged and can't be opened. Delete Complete Anatomy and download it again from the App Store". I have tried doing that several times, I have tried restarting my laptop pre and post download. I have tried deleting all files and re-downloading them. I have tried using another apple ID account.

Not sure about the Mac App Store but that alert language with macOS files means the installer has found an older, incompatible version of itself already on the computer. Check you downloads folder. If it is not there, look in your Applications folder.
